HOW TO MEASURE

Bust: Place the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest directly under your arms.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline at belly button level.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your body at the top of your leg
Inseam: With no shoes on, measure from the groin down to the floor.

At Levou™, we offer fast and reliable shipping options to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order, ensuring fair and transparent pricing.

Once your order has been placed, our dedicated team works diligently to process and ship it within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

For domestic orders, we offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. If you need your order sooner, we also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs clearance procedures.

Returns and Exchanges

Not your size? We want you to be happy with your Levou™ product, that's why we'll accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from when your order arrives. We offer free exchanges and returns for refund or store credit. Please note, any original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To start a return or exchange contact us at help@shoplevou.com with your order number and the email address you used to make the purchase. We’ll then email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

All returns must be unwashed, unworn, with original tags, undamaged and in saleable condition.

Refunds or exchange will only be issued once the goods are received and inspected by our warehouse to confirm they meet our return eligible criteria listed above. Please allow up to 5 business days from receipt of return for the exchange or refund to be processed.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

Gift cards are non refundable 

All last call or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged returns or returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted and may be returned back to the sender or disposed of by our warehouse.

If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.

Unfortunately we only accept returns or offer exchanges on products purchased through the shoplevou.com website. Any products purchased through a third party will have to be handled through them directly.
